Visited this salon a couple times, visited it again today. Nobody did greet me, barely acknowledge me been there. I asked, do they trim a beard, yes, but it is a line of 6 people in front of me ( I can see just two people waiting)They told me to leave the phone number and they will text me. Nobody called, nobody texted and it is a third time they did it. I would recommend to the management of this salon to put a big sign on the door: new clients now welcome, get out!

Decent haircut, but poor customer service. Stylist could improve their communication skills.

Very bad hair cut barber kept looking at side burns and lowering it so it’s “even” then they cut 2 inches after I told them half an inch of my top hair

I just got my hair cut done with a lady there and I’m regretting why I went there Horrible experience and worst haircut done in my life My both hair parting side are uneven and about 1.5” difference one longer then other She didn’t use water to wet hairs, no clips used and no blow dry after when it’s done She was on phone for most of her time while cutting my hairs She used disposable apron for me and didn’t use for herself and later save that for another customer may be I would never recommend anyone I wish I could give no star but there wasn’t that option “UNHAPPY CUSTOMER”
