Natalie is amazing! I had went to another shop and came back. My nails were all messed up. Not only did she take extra care, she showed me healthy ways of treating my nails with less abrasive techniques. She could have just grinded them down further bu t she didnt for the heath of my nails. A plus service, hospitality, and cleanliness!!!

The last two times I’ve come here for a pedicure it has been a very rushed, unpleasant experience. I understand they are understaffed, but they should not be taking a paying customer unless they can give the suitable time and care needed for what they’re paying. My pedicure took 25 minutes max, I got a lighter color and they did not remove all of the previous black on my nails, and they did a messy job painting my nails as well. Very disappointing.

Natalie’s is the best nail salon in this area hands down. I have been an avid nail biter for 20 years. Natalie helped me slowly maintain and strengthen them. I can finally get my actual nails done and they look amazing. She is patient, understanding and knows when to say no in order to keep my nails healthy. Everyone in the salon goes above and beyond, even for my 8 year old! Making her feel special and beautiful.

I had Ann (i believe that was her name i unfortunately didn’t ask but heard her name!) she was phenomenal. I mean absolutely AMAZING with my nail art and doing my full set of acrylics. She took her time even with other clients waiting, you can tell she cares for each person and what they need or want. I will 1000% be going back to her!

great environment, sweet employees, but my nails were just not what I wanted. The person who did my nails was the sweetest ever also. I asked for almond shape. All nails were all shaped differently and one nail was so crooked to the point where it’s very noticeable. Very disappointing as I’ve been coming here for 4 years.
