Excellent customer service and a great haircut! They were able to get my teenage son in quickly and gave him a haircut that he actually liked. Which rarely happens. We will definitely be returning for his future haircuts. Definitely recommend!

Worst experience ever. I just moved to Roseville and this was my first and DEFINITELY last time at this place. I had called and confirmed an appointment at 2:30 PM and had a Groupon coupon that included haircut, shampoo, and styling. When I called, the stylist told me not to buy the Groupon coupon because she’d give me the same price directly and the moment I agreed, the service became a joke. First, the male hairdresser started cutting my hair. Then another customer walked in, and she abruptly told me to get up and move to a different chair so she could start doing my hair. No explanation, no professionalism. I had a great experience at this salon. The stylist and her son were there on a Sunday and I was able to walk in for a cut and shampoo. They were very nice and did a great job. I’ll be back.
