The esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. My skin has never looked or felt better! You can truly tell they care about their clients and their craft. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and exceptional service. In addition the owner is absolutely wonderful—kind, professional, and truly passionate about what she does. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in creating a welcoming, positive experience for everyone. I’ll definitely be back!

It was incredibly relaxing, and the results were noticeable immediately - my skin felt hydrated, refreshed, and visibly brighter. She took the time to explain each step of the process and tailored the treatment to my skin's needs, which I really appreciated. The attention to detail and level of care were top-tier. From brow lamination to lash lifts and their customized facials, Urban Aesthetics is at the top of its game in skincare. Their approach to skincare is realistic, approachable, and practical.
