I went to get my hair done and asked for blonde. I have medium brown hair with previous color that I had mentioned during the consult. The stylist told me she could get me to a warm blonde that day. I was there for over six hours and I left with my hair damaged and six different colors. When I reached out to the owner and the stylist, they told me that this is a process and they did not see anything wrong with my Hair looking like this. I was charged $350 for this result.
