Very unprofessional experience. The stylist didn’t show up for my appointment and completely ignored my calls and messages. No explanation, no apology — just a total lack of respect for the client’s time. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for reliable service. If I had an option I would give 0 stars for such experience and waste of time.

Absolutely wonderful experience at this salon! I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by the owner, Jennifer Collins. She did an excellent job and did so in far less time than I expected (it’s taken twice as long at other salons and not nearly as good!). I will definitely be going back to her when I need my hair done again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Elaine is amazing! She is always on time for our appointments and so professional. I leave there feeling like a million bucks without having spent a million dollars! So easy to book appointments and the text reminders and awesome!

I've been going here for the past 4 years working with Jenn. Last week she asked me to switch my appointment twice and then when I get there she doesn't show up or send an explanation. This isn't the first time she's asked me to switch and I've been cooperative. I feel like as a long time loyal customer I deserved better than this. I like her work and she was fun to talk with but this behavior is very unprofessional.

I made an appointment with Jen over a month ago for Wednesday7/17/24. A half hour before my appointment, she texted me and canceled, apologizing and I, reluctantly, rescheduled for today, 7/20/24. I leave for vacation tomorrow!!!!! Guess what????? She sent me a message canceling again! I leave tomorrow!!!!!
