Katie is a real artist! As a woman with curly, graying hair my cuts and coloring require both skill and experience and she has done a wonderful job with all of my cuts and shaping as I have been growing my hair out… she clearly knows how to help her clients look their best. Her color work is even more impressive! Over the years she has transformed my color with super natural root retouches and highlights to full fashion and vivid colors (if you want plenty of attention let Katie bring out your inner mermaid) She is a genuine and kind person that helps others feel comfortable and at ease. As a transgender woman salons used to be daunting spaces for me. Her accepting, welcoming and friendly personality can make anyone feel at ease as well as her being sensitive to how challenging hair

She patiently listened to all of my concerns, ideas and wishes and with an open mind and knowledge, crafted beautiful color and highlights that are exactly what I was looking for.
