Salon 1090

Do not recommend! I came in for a manicure with gel removal, came out hurt. Never been here before, but I was in the area. I’ve never been cut so many times before ☹️. After 30 mins of being patient with the process and cuts, still did unsatisfactory and painful work😠

Y'all...if you need a place that can do it all, Salon 1090 is where it's at! My boyfriend has been coming here since he was 12. I've been looking for a hair stylist and come to find out, Salon 1090 does nails, waxing, haircuts, and much more! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (Excuse my cuticles, I haven't done my nails in a VERY long time and it's a process to get them back to strength/soften after picking and abuse. Jennifer was amazing with my nails and her mom was fabulous with hair!)

I had anappointment for a color at 3:15pm. I walked into Jennys salon/ Salon 1090, literally thirty seconds after my scheduled appointment. I had never experienced this before, but she had a family of haircuts to do and a color in her chair. She was the only enployee in te salon with a total of 8 people in her place. She proceeds to tell me that i was late and she can't do me till four o'clock. I've been a hairdresser for thirty six years and I know how that works. I never tried to put clients on the middle of my scheduled clients to maximize my $$$. Quality instead of quantity will do your businesss right every time. The service was very disappointing. I ended up having to go somewhere else. The technician was unprofessional, the salon smelled bad, and the floors were dirty. On top of that, she wasn’t even trying to give me the nails I asked for.

Jenny, Mai, Hua and Sam are always the best, I see them every two weeks to get my hair cut and they never disappoint!!!
