One lady in here do not know how to be professional. They lied about doing my daughter hair. I only gave them a one star because that's what I had to do. Everyone else does great but she need to get her attitude fix.

I had an appointment at 8:30am Saturday morning and I called and made the appointment on Tuesday. They told me to call and remind them of my appointment the day before like that’s bad business first off. Then I get here and no one is here and then the lady that was here Tried to get me to change my hair style after I told her no. I sit for 2 1/2 hours and the man says the lady that does them still not here and she has nerve problems. I said listen that’s understandable however this is a business and your customer service stinks because you could’ve said that before earlier in the week and not wait til today however she is getting paid for a service not doing it for free so I don’t see what the problem is. First when I asked for Jumbo knotless braids the owner told me it would be $200 because he charges the same price for all knotless braids although in the past he has given me prices based on the length and size. He then tried to convince me to get box braids and I told him that’s not what I wanted. When I told him I would just go somewhere else he told me he would charge me $160 for jumbo knotless braids so I agreed and he asked me to pay immediately and I did. What I ended up with is the BOX BRAIDS shown in the picture. When I told him they were not knotless braids he proceeded to try to convince me that they were knotless, and that some people do them differently and that it only “appeared” to be a knot because of the size, even though I showed him several pictures of jumbo knotless brai

I've been coming to Sally's African Hair Braiding since 2008, and I've never had a bad experience. Mr. Joe, the owner is amazing, and so is his employees. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their hair braided.
