This place sucks you can't even buy a hair brush without a hair license. Or they were lying to me for whatever reason they didn't want me there. Is this a real thing or does this happen to everyone that just wants to grab hair products really quick.

Clean store, knowledgeable honest staff

Came in very close to close and the staff were helpful and courteous as I'm not anywhere close to an amateur beautician. The first associate I met did not have extensive knowledge regarding color. When I asked questions she didn't know the answer to she told me that which I appreciated. After all I'm shoping Sally's and cannot expect expert knowledge or skill level considering the venue and pay rate. The clerk got the manager and she answered my questions. I didn't feel rushed or hurried as often happens when shopping close to close. I read other reviews that personally attack the employees. Often times consumers view individual employees as the company itself which just isn't the case. Training, policies, and culture are the basis of emoloyee practice.
