I’ve been a customer here for over three years, and the difference with the new management is truly night and day. From the moment you walk in, Kayla makes you feel genuinely welcomed and valued—not just like another customer. She took the time to educate me in a way no one ever had before. After three years, I didn’t even realize I had Premier Rewards until she explained all the benefits and made sure I truly understood them. She also walked me through the red light equipment and its benefits, which I had never been properly educated on before. You can immediately tell how knowledgeable she is and how much pride she takes in her work. The employees there are really friendly! The place is always clean. They have really good products to use in the beds!

The Salon is very clean. The girls are all so nice and friendly. I have been to a lot of tanning places and Palm Beach may be a little more money but their beds are amazing!
