Jessica is an excellent and very, very knowledgeable hair designer. I appreciate her friendliness, manners both polite and very understanding when you express your style and the memory she has for remembering the way she cuts and styles your hair, when you do not see her every week, but once every 6 weeks. She is excellent looking at photos and cutting or styling the way you want. Thank you Jessica. Five stars plus to you.

I recently had my hair done at SmartStyle and Xenia Ohio Jessica is the best! You can tell the real pros, they make it look flawless! Jessica is the pro! I've had my hair done there for a while, she always gets me in quick and the best haircut I've ever had! If you need a great cut go to SmartStyle and Xenia ask for Jess, she's the best... the other hairstylist there are awesome also! Angel was amazing and truly exceeded my expectations! She took her time during the consultation to understand my unruly hair type — wavy, fine, and frizzy. She was very meticulous and explained everything she was doing throughout the entire process. Angel took my vision and turned it into reality, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I have had my hair cut Over the past fifty years with barbers, and the highest upscale Salons; I have even had close friends that had their own beauty shops. I stopped in Smartstyle one day a few years ago and had my hair cut by Jessica or Jess; and I have been a client ever since then. I am a designer/ Salesperson, so I try to maintain proper grooming etc. I was so impressed with Jessica's skills and her ability to cut my hair so perfectly and effortlessly. You can always tell the PROS by the way they firmly grab and cut your hair and you can feel the confidence and skill.
