I want in there and asked for the best hair bleach dye, and this lady said pointing out a brand and said this is a really good brand. I’ve been using it for years so I trusted her. You know she works in Sally’s beauty and she said It worked for her before so I trusted her. I’m never believing y’all ever again. I am losing my hair I had to cut my hair because it’s falling out and I really like a refund but the way you made me do this. I’m really upset because my hair is gone and it’s uneven

I went into Sally’s on 1/2/25 around 5–6 PM. As soon as I walked in, there were three girls huddled together who stared me down and gave me dirty looks. I felt uncomfortable immediately. I walked over to look for a product and asked a worker if they price matched Sally’s online prices. She responded with “umm no,” and again all three girls gave me dirty looks. I asked if she could check the price, and she had an attitude while doing so. She was tall with dark black or brown hair and was making faces as well. Another girl, who I’m not sure was an employee or a friend, was having conversations with the other workers and using foul language. She was short with black hair and blonde pieces in the front. The conversation was completely inappropriate for customers to hear. I could hear them talk

Absolutely love this Sally's. The staff are very knowledgeable and their customer service is above and beyond! My 5 yr old daughter also loves it there because of how phenomenal they are with her and all of their customers. The store is also kept clean and organized ♡

I just came in today and had a great experiance.i was helped by a person with red hair( I'm sorry i didn't get their name) but they gave great advice and made sure I had everything I needed when I checked out. I really appreciate your help and wish the best to you and your bird babies :)

Why are companies (not Sally's) decreasing the size of products but charging the same price for less?
