basically got called stupid for not wanting to color remove the color i have now and use a permanent dye when i told them i had just used a permanent dye a few weeks prior. just wanted to start putting semi permanent dye over what i have and they made me feel ridiculous for it
I’ve been going to this shop for years and I will not be back after the latest change of staff. The heavy set woman with the tattoos is rude and disrespectful every time I’ve come in, I’ve never had this issue with any of the other employees. Very disappointed.

Friendliest Sally Beauty I have ever entered! The knowledgeable staff have obviously benefitted from having a leader with nearly 20 years experience.
A good selection of products but the employees overall aren't as knowledgeable as those found in other Sally Beauty Supply locations.
