I went in knowing absolutely nothing, Alana was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! It was so refreshing to have someone so enthusiastic about helping customers! I could not recommend Sallys Beauty in vestal any more highly, make sure to ask for Alana!

Alana is probably the most helpful and caring person in that store . She helped me w everything I needed and didn't judge any questions i had. Customer service is 10 out of 10

I sent my husband to this store today. We were on video chat so that i can see what they had available. I wanted the ion whisper blow dryer that was on sale. After the cashier rang it up she said it wasn't on sale. Refused to honor the price, call her manager or take the sale sign down. She was rude about it and told my husband to never come back. There was a woman who witnessed it also so I asked my husband to get her number because I will be filling a complaint to her manager. She needs to be fired for bad customer service. Im sure if her manager were aware there would be consequences.

Went to Sally's not knowing what I needed for desired result. I have never in my life received such thorough help and information from any other business. Rhianne should receive some sort of accolade and a huge shout out !!! I wish I could do more than write this review. Seriously, folks I can not recommend her enough !!

Website needs work. Just wanted to order and pickup. Very Buggy. Someone needs to do some extensive testing to identify all the bugs I encountered. Left my products in the cart. Yup
