Zoom Tan

Since Elisha has left, the place is filthy 90 % of the time... I have had amd spent ungodly amounts of money on lotions and yearly rates of tanning. The last time I was there the lady charged me 19.99. I asked why, she said bc I dont have any packages left. Didn't warn me that I was paying out of pocket and that my package ran out, or offer me another. So I left irritated that a loyal customer of many years amd spending alot of money was treated like I didnt matter and just wanted my cash. ELISHA knew us by name and was amazing 👏 miss her !

I had a great experience at ZoomTan! The staff is always helpful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Elisha. She’s incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to lotions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. On top of that, she’s super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had—thanks, Elisha!

I absolutely love going to zoom tan have been going there for many years now . I've never seen a manager go above and beyond for their clients like Elisha does. She very helpful to new clients and regular clients. And she won't steer anyone with a product that will not be beneficial to giving them a good tan. . She has made very warm and welcoming and uplifting. Let alone her personality speaks it as well . I have spoken with many clients whom have the utmost respect for her , and absolutely adore. She's very good with. Her staff treats them more than staff she genuinely cares about them and the store as well. She's by far the best manager I've seen in awhile. She definitely takes pride in her job and work.

AMAZING!! Elisha is awesome! She keeps the place clean and is wonderful with the public. Her customer service/sales skills are on point. All of this are the reasons I keep coming back and only visit the Vestal location.

Elisha is my favorite! She has been here for years and every time I come back to get a membership she is there to help! She is so personable and I love when I see her at the desk! She makes the experience 10x better!
