I purchased a shampoo, hydrating, and hair-care set from this salon, and I can honestly say it’s been exceptional. It has significantly helped reduce my hair loss, improved hair growth, and deeply hydrated my hair. This salon—and Carlie—are truly outstanding: incredibly supportive, helpful, and genuinely customer-focused. To be honest, I went to them after cutting my own hair at home and feeling really unhappy about it. Carlie was refreshingly honest and told me that the haircut actually looked great and that I didn’t need anything done right now. She suggested that once my hair grows out, we could then adjust it to the style I want. The fact that she didn’t prioritize her own or the salon’s financial benefit in that moment was truly meaningful and admirable.
