Renee was very helpful. She helped me get the best deal and more bang for my buck. Erika and Jackie helped me the last time with picking out a blow dryer. They were friendly and understanding of my hair needs.

Everyone here is so nice and so knowledgeable on hair care, I ended up buying a few additional products because of their recommendations and my hair has been so smooth and feels so healthy!

I cannot tell you how many time’s “ Leslie “ has rubbed my girlfriend and I the wrong way. We’ve been coming to this location for almost 5 years and every great experience we’ve had has NOT surprisingly been when she’s not working. Everything about this lady is unnerving. From her passive aggressiveness and snark replies to simple questions, to the rude facial expressions and nasty tonality she likes to carry when speaking, then promptly cast a fake smile when you take notice. This woman is incompetent or unwilling to provide any necessary and actual help to customers of your business, including us. She makes the environment very unsettling and the experience abysmal. We now feel inclined to take our business elsewhere. Vomit ‼️ Gross Karen alert ‼️ Stay away

I had such a great experience at Sally Beauty Supply today! As soon as I walked in the door, Renée (RNA) greeted me and immediately took care of me. I was there to pick up a DoorDash order, and she went above and beyond with her kindness and professionalism. It’s not every day you get treated so warmly when just doing a quick pickup, but Renée made me feel valued and respected. She truly represents excellent customer service, and I really appreciate the way she handled everything.

I did not like my experience with the older shorter women who checked me out. I picked up 2 online orders i placee because after i placed the first one i forgot i needed something else. The cashier made multiple comments that i had “2” orders…. Ok??? She was also very slow and took about 5 minutes to cash me out. Im a paying customer and wether i placed 6 orders that shouldnt be a problem do your job and zip it. Her comments made me uncomfortable and I will not be back. I went to another sallys recently to pick up an order and i was in and out in less then a minute because the cashier knew was she doing. Dont make unnecessary comments to customers who spend money at your store.
