AND the nozzle went from a full spray to extreme just be twisting the tip which I absolutely love and need all the time. Home Depot and Lowe's sprayers or junk and they don't last. First time in this store and had the best customer service from Alaina! I was in a rush and she quick to help me find the hair products I needed. Great employee!

Every single time I come here, the customer service sucks. They are not helpful whats so ever. Just stand by the register and do nothing. As I was standing there to check out. 2 customers came in both asking for help the girl in the counter just pointed to go find an item instead of walking with him and helping him out. My items were over $50 I wanted to pay with $100 that’s all I have she said she can’t break that. I told her that’s all I have. She said she wouldn’t make it through the weekend. Yea that’s not the customers problem as a business they should be prepared to have petty change especially when my total is over $50 so my change would be less then $50. the 2 employees at this locations that I met yesterday were so friendly and patient with me (and my 1 year old sobbing on my hip). Alaina was extremely helpful with recommending shampoos, conditioner and leave in spray to help with the specific concerns I had brought up for my red colored hair. I was very impressed that she found me something that hit every concern I had and it was natural and for sensitive skin even (another request I had) To me, that means she was really listening to me and was so nice to gather it for me while I calmed my son down also. I tried the product she recommended and I’m so glad it didn’t hurt my scalp or cause issues like the other products I’ve tried. thank you!

Shoutout to my girl who worked 11/27/24 around 7:10 pm! I was in a crisis after my hair lady messed up my hair color and I asked this girl hey please help me I need my hair to look like a certain picture and she helped me so quick and found me a color so quick. I bought everything she suggested and I have zero regrets! I’m so happy about my new hair color and she knew exactly what she was talking about! Thank you so much!!
