I have been a Sally's customer for 25 years and I never put my stuff down and walked out of a Sally's without purchasing before but the staff member was OBSESSIVELY following me and my husband around the store tonight like we were about to steal something at any moment. It was creepy and weird. I won't be back to this location if that employee is working there.

Be cautious about ordering online, even through Sally's website. They send you the wrong colors.

Brittany was so kind and helpful! Really grateful to have found someone in the shop know what they're taking about when it comes to bleaching her hair. Very neat and organized, the clearance was calling to me and I was pleasantly surprised by how well its managed with just her, she even attended to everyone else in here, thank you for your help!

I’m a regular so I see the employees fairly consistently and they’re all great, no concerns there. However, I don’t wanna say how I got her name and position, but Eva, the district manager, has come in once or twice that I’ve been in the store and I never remember anything good coming from her being around, as in harassing employees needlessly, micromanaging both employees and customers. I wanna stick up for the employees there cause Eva weirds me out
