I can’t say enough good things about this spa! They truly went above and beyond to fit me in for both my facial and eyelash appointment, even on short notice. The owner personally reached out to make everything work with my schedule, and that level of care and communication really stood out. From start to finish, the experience was relaxing and professional. My facial left my skin glowing, and my lashes look absolutely perfect, exactly what I wanted. Sophia was amazing! You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and so grateful for the extra effort they put in to make my visit happen. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know!

I came in for a first time lash tint and regular eyebrow tint (my usual place was booked up). Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience. The person (I think Dani?) didn’t ask me any questions, did not ask about allergies or sensitivity nor did she give any after care instructions or guidance. I felt rushed to leave as she did not talk the entire appointment. The last tint stung my eyelids all day and night and the bottom lashes were not tinted. I took Benadryl and had to flush my eyes for it to stop burning. I don’t know what formula or ingredients were used so googling solutions was limited. Further, my eyebrows were dyed dark brown and I asked for a light blonde/red. It looks quite unnatural and I still had to pluck, trim and shape them when I got home. It seems like this place usu

I came to Cinnamon and Sugar Me after my previous place fired me as a customer! I'm so thankful I found this place and Brook. She is the first esthetician who actually cared about my skin and not just removing my hair. Everyone is very nice and down to earth.
