I’ve been to this store a few times and had mixed experiences but when I went on 11/07 around noon, it was probably my worst experience. Employees ignored me (which was fine, I typically prefer to browse solo) but were very (loudly) frustrated and rude to other customers and loudly complaining about a customer from the other night. 2 employees left to “step outside” and the one in the red and white floral dress came back smelling like weed. The person with the sick jawbone tattoos and grey N95 was great, had a positive experience with them. Also no baskets available unless you ask at the counter is a bit strange, not sure if that’s a permeant thing.

Clean and well lit store, happy staff that is more than happy to assist with any questions. Great selection, you are sure to find what you are looking for. Free parking with close to 15 stalls to choose from in front of the store. Located less than 3 blocks from the Northgate Mall.

This location has some serious theft and inventory issues. For the third time in a row, I have ordered items for pickup only to have half of them be cancelled. Will only get delivered from now on. Disappointed.
