I visited the Saratoga Springs NY Sally Beauty Supply store today and had an exceptional experience. Janette was extremely helpful, professional, courteous and fun to talk to! She definitely has amazing customer service skills and I went in to buy 1 product and left with 3 due to the sale. Janette is a gem and I look forward to shopping at that location again in the future.

They claim the hair is remy 100% human. IT IS NOT. washed it TWO TIMES and its a rats nest! Can't brush. Can't style. Tangled waste of money! False advertising and won't let you return! 200 bucks flushed down the drain!

I was in here the other day. I buy things from here regularly but I usually don’t need help other day when I went in I did I had no idea what to buy for my hair because there were multiple colors on it already and no box that I had worked. So Casper and one of the other lovely lady help me get the argon ion hair dye. It covered nearly anything if it wasn’t for my poor application skills lol. Highly recommend this beauty place to everyone. They are kind patient and don’t stop until you get what you need.

This is one of my least favorite sallys locations, i regularly frequent latham plaza, hoosick st, and westgate plaza. I will say this store is more stocked than most but the manager really irritated me. I NEVER come to saratoga for anything but i was in town for a meeting and went in to grab my eva nyc shampoo. The manager followed me around the store and mentioned the credit card to me twice, i do not want to sign up for it. I was getting one product and was in and out. The other locations have offered me this before and accepted politely when i said i didn't want one. Nothing bothers me more in a retail store than an over zealous store manager with a tend to over push. Will not be coming back to this location if i am ever back in town.
