Went to Sallys today December 8,2025 and was totally ignored.I walked in and she the worker was w someone. Never looked up to say Ill b right w you, not even a hello. As Im looking around on the aisle waiting for to finish w her customer someone else walks in. Im at the back and she could see me and the other customer ask her to help her. Im still totally ignored and walked out. I called back to speak w a manager and she wasn't there and asked y. I explained how she totally ignored me. But yet she remembers me. Everything was an excuse she is there by herself. I asked for the managers name and phone number. I cant give u her person cell phone number. I had to help her she asked me a question. No mention of how I could of been helped. Awful customer service,Awful. Went to Beauty Elements

My mom and I went in to pick out some products to bleach her hair and some toner. We didn’t really have an idea of what to get and luckily the lady at the front helped us and gave us plenty of tips and advice. She even explained how to use what and when. Loved her! Super sweet and helpful. Didn’t get her name but she was young-looking with sort of blue and blonde hair. My moms hair came out great!

Shout out to the lady that worked 5/21/25 around 5pm. She was awesome, I was struggling trying to make the correct decision about some shampoo and conditioner for my hair (microlocs) and she made an amazing choice. My hair feels wonderful this morning, it’s nice to still be able to get quality customer service. Thank you.

Terrible customer service on online deliveries. I called the store to inquire about an order I placed online on Saturday. Because I had not received an email stating that my order was ready for pick up I called to inquire around 5:40pm on Sunday. The employee answered and confirmed that indeed my online order was there. I thanked her and told her I'd be there in the morning to which she responded that she could not guarantee that my order would be there. When I asked her why she stated because they only have to hold it for a few hours. I informed her that I had not received any notification and it was too late for me to arrive the same day. I asked to speak to a manager which apparently was not present however she gave the phone to what she claimed to be a more experienced sales person

Today we arrived around 6:50 p.m., as soon as we arrived, the lady told us that she was about to close, we arrived before closing hours, we were inside the store and she began to rush us with a very bad attitude, we tried to ask some questions and she answered as if she were angry, we barely bought what we needed because she did not help us, she practically ran us out of the store so she could close. As customers that we are consuming in your establishment, we deserve better attention and service, the girl has a terrible attitude and I think it only affects the business in general, our bill was USD142.00 and even so she served us super badly. To travel from Easton to Salisbury and take that experience, we don't deserve to want to return. She is a girl with blonde or yellow hair in the fro
