I started here being a Baltimore guy relocated in 2016. I just took a chance on Profiles. I was so impressed I didn't try anywhere else and recommend them with highest regard. I am new to the area. I called to schedule an appoint and they were about a week out. Hannah texted me when they had a cancellation and I took it. She was very friendly, listened to my hair history, and made sure I got what I asked for. I usually do not reschedule appoints unless I am very happy with the service. Today I rescheduled for next month. Thank you Hannah and Profiles.

Staci is the best. Great cut and she always does well with my highlighting. When I first went to her 2 years ago, I needed a fix to a botched highlight that was horrendous. She was able to fix it and restore my hair to a decent shade. Love the salon and the products they have on sale in the wait area too. From hair products to jewelry, handbags scarfs.
