Breathe Out Massage

I have had countless massages before, but this was truly an amazing experience! Sara incorporates so many calming and relaxing elements into her practice. Not only was Sara fantastic, but the entire Breathe Out suite was a sanctuary for peace, calm, and centering!

Sars always makes me feel comfortable, the only massage therapist that I have felt safe with. She has also encouraged me on my journey of healing and growth. She introduced me to sound baths, which I now love. Sara is the best!!!

Sara is a wonderful massage therapist, I had a lot of stress in my legs and a lot of air in my muscles. Sara went deep to relieve my tight legs feet and thighs.

I had a bad experience with a previous massage therapist, so I was a little nervous to try someone new, but it was 100% worth it. Sara was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted and adjusted as my needs changed throughout the appointment. I felt a million times better walking out. Her office was so comfy and relaxing and i loved the addition of the aroma therapy. I will definitely be returning!

Sara at Breathe Out Massage is absolutely, hands down, the best massage therapist I have ever been too! Besides being super talented and in tune with your muscles, she takes the time to listen to you, understand your concerns and then works her magic to relieve your pain/stress. From trigger points to relaxation massages, body stretches to migraine relief….I can not recommend her quickly enough to friends and family!
