Sally Beauty

I sent my husband to Sally's on N. Main St in Salinas this morning and their employee Brisette was a life saver. My husband had a list of 6 items I sent to his cell phone to buy for me, he showed my list to Brisette and she was more than happy to help him. Brisette's customer service skills are awesome and we all need more people like you, kind, professional and willing to help with a smile, keep up the great work. **Side Note: For your boss, he or she should be proud they have someone as professional as you working for Sally's and they need to give you a day-off with pay$$. Thanks again Brisette for making another shopping day at Sally's a memorable one!!

Associates are chill honestly very kind. However, giving it two stars bc of the managers attitude towards the associates. There’s been various occasions i’ve overheard her speaking to them in a very rude manner/tone. She needs to be reevaluated as a manager tbh

I've always had a pleasant visit every time I go to this Sally's! The store manager and staff is friendly and helpful. The new expansion makes the site look great and products are easier to find. Great job ladies!

hours are all over the place!!! online it says 9am-9pm. Went by at 7pm and they are already closed apparently at 6pm!!! and it’s holiday season! The sign said opened at 8am and their phones are still down saying they’re closed. Definitely going to report this. They’re just picking and choosing when to be open at this point.

Very rude customer service..and was not greeted or asked if i needed help wich i very much did had to go to the Sallys on Sanborn way nicer over there should of gone there in the first place .3/15/24
