I came in with my very heavy, fussy, teething toddler attached to my hip and a long list of products I needed. Veronica noticed this immediately, took a look at my list and gathered all the products listed. She demonstrated expert knowledge on hair coloring processes. Veronica made what could have been a very draining, nightmare shopping experience to a really quick, pleasant one. Thank you!

The girls working here are so helpful and sweet! I came in for an online pick up order and was greeted immediately. The girl who helped me mentioned that the hair color brand I bought was having a promo for a free shampoo with my purchase. I knew about the promo, but I thought it only applied to my items if they were ordered online and shipped to me. Then another girl who was working (I think the supervisor or manager) said she would accommodate the promo for me in store. It was very nice of them to do that for me! I will be returning to this store specifically for future Sally beauty purchases! Thank you for a positive experience!

Nikita and Veronica at the Rocklin Rock Creek Plaza location gave me top-notch customer service! They are both, friendly, welcoming, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I’m always pointed in the right direction at this location. I recently made a return and it was honestly the most pleasant and hassle free return I’ve ever experienced. My friend and I came in looking for things to dye our hair. The workers were super helpful in helping us pick the right colors and products. The manager was very nice and even wrote down instructions for us to use. Thank you queens!!!!!

Helpful gal. It was hard choosing hair color because they had no hair color samples for the Ion brights, nether the semi nor the permanent. From past experience I know the boxes do not fully express the true colors with the undertones and all. That was a bit frustrating. And as a side note, I really miss the Auburn location it was SO much more convenient than having to drive up to Grass Valley or down to Roseville/Rocklin. Sigh 🥴
