I was definitely profiled and I see someone on here said the same thing from 2 days ago . I saw an older Hispanic lady watching me and she didn't even try to play it off. She followed me around, stood directly behind me watching everything i touched and even followed me to the register. It's crazy because I was just at this store yesterday, the day before and spent $77 the first time, $29 and another $48 so it's crazy that they even treat regular paying customers that way. Also pay attention to what they ring up. I was charged twice for the same item. When she told me my total it sounded way too high so I checked and she rung up 2 $25 items so just make sure you double check before paying. The clerks here are odd, the vibe is just rude and weird.

Ava was awesome. I think that's what her name was she has the green hair. Lol I have my little sister's wedding coming up and she helped me get exactly what I needed and was very sweet.

A visit to Sally is an amazing experience. The especialist always receive customers with a positive attitude and always provide excellent service to all of us.The unfortunate thing is the new management. This new lady already created a hostil environment to her employees. It is shamefull that the manager speaks disrespectful of her personell in front of frequent customers when she does even look at the customers entering the store... this is very unprofessional and demonstrate she is not the right person to be in front of this type of business.

Went to the store today and met with the Manager, Heidi. I wanted the purchase the OPI Nail Polish for my clients and she informed me that there was a sale, Buy Two Get One Free... So, I bought 15 different colors (5 were FREE!!!) I was like a kid in a candy store :-) Heidi was so helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about anything I asked her. Being a newly licensed esthetician, it's comforting to know that there are people (even in Management) that really care about their customers. She was awesome and the store was really clean. This Big bend Sally’s is like a home, especially for a stylist! Heidy the manager is very kind and Lydia’s always so sweet , knowledgeable, and ready to help. Ileana, Jessica and Ava, are so joyful and always has such a fun attitude and style to inspire. They are welcoming and Always make me have a desire to go there.
