I’m a very active and athletic person — I lift, run, and train regularly — so I came in with tight hamstrings, sore thighs, and upper and lower back pain from working out and jiu jitsu/wrestling. She gave me an authentic Thai massage using deep pressure, stretching, and techniques with her elbows and heels, and it was exactly what my body needed.
