Five stars for Allegra Wellness Spa! My first visit, I was able to meet the owner. He was amazing and certainly knowledgeable and took so much time explaining everything to me. Jess took care of me during my returned visit, and she was wonderful. She really knows her stuff—she offered great advice and made sure everything was perfect for me. Her kindness and professionalism made a great day even better. I just love her! Thank you, Jess and the Allegra Team! I am so happy I found this place!

I have received great service from Jenn at the riverview location. She has made the salt room run like never before. She is very accommodating when I come in and provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend the salt room and cryotherapy.

If you were looking for a way to improve and heal your mind and body STOP looking this is the place. These guys are absolutely amazing with the variety of different options for recovery that they offer and provide. A bit sad that they’ve been around this long and we’re just finding them. Do yourself a favor book an appointment and get yourself in there and check out what they have to offer, you will absolutely not regret it. JP and his staff are absolutely amazing! Cryotherapy, compression therapy, sauna red light therapy, Salt therapy and many many more options.

The staff are extremely helpful and attentive, and the cryotherapy was unreal! They have excellent service and I felt great afterwards- especially after the full-body cryotherapy. I haven’t done cold-plunges, but this was more than do-able, especially with your choice of music.
