Sally Beauty

Took my girlfriend here so they could buy some supplies. They were better stocked than the Sally store we went to in Brockton the day before. The place was clean and organized. The woman working was very pleasant, gave us information on sales, and was able to help my girlfriend find what they were looking for. Located in the Shaws shopping center across from Randolph High School with plenty of parking.

If I can give this place a 0 star, I most certainly would. I essentially came to this store in Randolph, to purchase “gel” nail polish. I saw they had a sale buy one get one free. As I am shopping in the store, I hear the young lady speaking to the manager over the phone, sharing a story regarding a customer who was upset because a product had a price on it but was ringing up as a different price. Apparently, the price wasn’t honored and the customer asked to leave the item at the register and she would return when the manager gets back. Well as for my experience, the exact same thing happened. One of the nail polish scanned at $25 when the advertised tag said $13.69. In addition, there was a red tag with a promotion of buy one get one free. The young lady at the register, call the other

I was shocked to learn that in order to return a product bought from Sslly Beauty Supply could not be returned "without providing a private phone number to set up an account". You just lost a customer. Please go to Kiki around the corner where there is less hassle.

Friday 6/7; Two young women working the store, one was a Manager. I had not been into a Sally’s since pre-Covid. These girls were absolutely amazing, helpful, talented, friendly, sincere, thoughtful and smart. I was blown away by the Customer Care they gave me! They really put a giddy up in my step with their kindness. Their suggestions for products were spot on! Please thank these beautiful Queens for me! 🫶💯🫵🏼

I've been going to this Sally's for years and honestly, I should have stopped going a while back. The service is terrible. The worst thing is when they close the store early with sometimes 10mins left before actual displayed closing hours. That is unacceptable and bad customer service practice. When you see someone drive up, and then you lock the doors and act like you're pulling the till, really? Nice try. If you're really trying to run a store properly, close one register and leave the other one open until actual closing time. Terrible service. Not renewing my card. Never shopping there a lot another Sally's again. I'm calling corporate in the morning.
