Everytime I come here, it is a weird shopping experience. The only way I can describe it is, unwelcoming. They ambush you the moment you walk in, asking if you want help. If you don't, then you're going to be followed and asked about every 5 seconds again if you want help. Then when you actually do need help (me just wanting to check out) no where to be found. To back track though, the thing that caused me to leave this review, I was looking at dye. Another customer asked the employee for help in finding something, this employee came into my personal space giving me no other option than to move so her and the other customer could look where I had been. Didn't ask, didn't say excuse me. Then I had to wait about 5 minutes (not exaggerating) while this customer talked on the phone with the pe

Been coming here for years and today I had a simple return and the blonde girl at the register was short with me. Had an attitude and just bad demeanor. Won’t be coming back. Customer service is everything. I could understand if I was rude or inconveniencing her but all I asked was if I do a debit return could I have it back in cash. straight NO before I even finished my sentence.. didn’t offer any help or conversation other than the bare minimum to complete my return.

What's not to love about Sally's?! Great prices on salon products to do your own hair at home!! That's a win! The employees are always helpful and kind, they deserve a huge THANK YOU! I can't help but feel bad for most people working retail in these days, always getting yelled/ screamed abs cursed at, for having to follow company policies (PSA they didn't come up with policies themselves, it's the company).

I didn’t catch her name but she had red dyed hair and glasses. I went in with yellow and orange hair after bleaching it at home. She helped me pick out toners for my hair and a developer. I must say the ones she picked gave me the hair color I desired! So sweet and helpful, I will definitely be back!

Piss poor attitude from the girls working tonight. The girl “assisted” me in what to buy to go blonde. Gave me incorrect items, some that I didn’t even need and wrote down half a** instructions. I called with questions and a different girl answered. She told me to hold on and asked the girl who helped me what I was talking about and told her I was “talking too much.” Long story short, the girls were so extremely rude and useless. Will never return to this location.
