Cut The Crap Hair Lab

I honestly hate leaving bad reviews, but this experience upset me enough that I feel like people should know before spending their money here. I went into this salon asking for dark brown hair with some dimension. What I walked out with looked like bleached blonde chunky highlights. It was nothing like the photo I showed or the color we discussed. I left the appointment with wet hair, so I didn’t fully realize how bad it looked until I got home and it dried. When I saw it, I completely broke down. I was crying and it honestly sent me into a full-blown panic attack because of how awful it looked. I felt embarrassed even leaving my house. I eventually worked up the courage to call and ask if they could please fix it. They were very quick to put me back on the schedule, which made me believ

I called last minute and was able to sneak in for a late appointment. Jesse was my stylist and he was WONDERFUL! he listened to exactly what I asked for, and he made sure my hair look perfect. I went from long hair to a nice bob! I watched Jesse while he worked and he made sure every detail was PERFECT. The space has such a fun vibe. I will absolutely go back! This is probably the only salon in Racine open after 7pm which is fantastic!

I absolutley love this place. Great customer service always making sure im comfortable . Ive gone for many dyes and cuts and loved EVERY single one. I dont plan on ever going back to salons i used to after coming here . 10/10 would reccomend !!

Lex does an amazing job! I went out to my weekly Bible study tonight and got so many compliments on my new haircut (like 6+ compliments) I was so overwhelmed with all the love haha Thank you so much!

If you’re looking for a positive, inclusive, and friendly place to get a haircut and style, look no further. I stopped by Cut the Crap To get a haircut and hopefully find a place where I can promote an inclusive place to my students. I assumed I was gonna have to make an appointment and come back later, but Jesse was able to get me an immediately and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Not only that, but I was very satisfied with my haircut. Additionally, I had a great talk with the owner, Danny, Who is also an incredibly inviting and kind person. This is a place I will no doubt, be back again.
