Here is some context: Service: Wash, Blow Dry, Trim Informed stylist I am getting braids after this Hair Type: Type 4, bra strap length. I’ve been natural for over 10 years Summary: This is not intended to bash this business owner/stylist at all but to highlight that this may not be a Natural Hair salon. Overall the techniques use just weren’t Natural Hair friendly. I should have said something maybe that would have helped. The wash was good outside of the brushing technique that was used. The drying technique was not for my hair texture. A blow dryer with a comb attached unfortunately was not used. A blow dryer and wide tooth comb were used. So no support was given to the my coily hair or scalp when blow drying over my hair with one hand and combing from root to end and end to root with

My friend will be 85 next week and was very excited about her hair appointment. But it got too cold and my friend said she doesn’t go out in this kind of weather. Miss Carla was so kind and understanding about our last minute cancellation. As soon as we get a break in the weather, we will reschedule. Looking forward to it!
