will not come back. got a medium brown hair color. it developed black so i looked at the tube and it was 5n. an associate said a lot of color fall out during shipment and they just put them in boxes. two color removers later my hair is still black. contacting an attorney for not the correct product and damaging my hair

Unbelievably rude. Followed me around the store basically the entire time I shopped (which whatever I guess it's your job but definitely made it uncomfortable) and didn't even ask if I needed help just followed me around glaring at me. Then when I brought my stuff up to the register and set my stuff down they completely ignored me and checked another costumer out before me even though I was there first and was obviously waiting. Didn't apologize or anything just completely ignored me and when they finally did check me out she was rude and cold after being friendly with the other lady. It's not hard to be nice but obviously they're not very good at their job.

Went in today with my sister. When we asked one of the sales women she seemed very cold and kinda snarky. She ended up telling us that this one hair dye was the second best she had ever seen and that we should get it. So we got it. It was one of the worst products I have ever put in my hair. It bleached nothing and ended up making my hair clumpy and was nearly impossible to get out. It really sucked because the bleach was just 12 dollars down the toilet. I like one of the lady’s at Sally’s but she wasn’t there today. All in all I like Sally’s but that one worker lady was rude and cost me 12 dollars for nothing

Went there looking for hair dye they told me 2 boxes would be enough I get home and start dying it and I need a whole 2 more boxes…. How are you a professional if you can’t even tell me how much hair dye I would need? Now my hair is half done and y’all can’t even answer the phone to tell me if you have more. Ridiculously unprofessional.
