I called today in a last minute rush for an extra touch on a Halloween costume. They didn't have what I needed. However, a few minutes later, Wayne called back with a better idea and product that would suit my needs. Thank you Wayne, what excellent customer service!!!

I love this Sally location! Bella was truly incredible! Her patience and professionalism were excellent. I hope to connect with her again-she really was very helpful!

This would be my second time visiting this place. The one worker seems to be in a bad mood. This time, on Saturday August 13, the two women behind the counter were a much improvement in customer service. They treated me and the few customers that entered the store with a greeting and assistance.

Welcoming staff and very clean surroundings. Store prices are also quite reasonable.

I just had the BEST experience at this location! I was greeted with a smile by the Store Manager ( She told me her name and I unfortunately forgot it by the time I got home.) I needed to run in and grab a couple of items so that I could touch up my roots. The store may be a little small, but it was well stocked and very clean! The store manager stuck by my side and guided me to the perfect color I needed for my shadow root, as well as reminded me of a few things I may need (caps, developer, and a bottle). I am so grateful for her suggestions as my experience may not have gone so smoothly! She really took her time with me and gave me many great tips even though I came in right before closing.
