Just dropped in here on a Saturday at 1:30p the day after Halloween to pick up an $8 online order. It was crazy busy and the line to check out/pick up was really long. I asked an associate who was doing some stocking, I believe her name was Antoinette, if I was in the correct line for an online pick up. She confirmed I was. I was prepared to stand in the long line and wait but she spoke to another associate in her headset, gave her my name for the order, and they brought it out to me. I was so relieved that my potentially 20-30min wait just got cut to a quick 2 minute trip. Much appreciated, thank you ladies again!

Absolutely appalled by my experience here. If I could give this location 0 stars I unfortunately would. Came in to retrieve candles (some of which were pre-wrapped) and the associate grew frustrated that I was not only in her way but had to then redo the display, afterwards - which she had no problem directly telling me. When I proceeded to contact the store about the issue, the store manager Ash made it very clear she was already aware of the incident and told her to “chill out” yet could understand her associates frustration. At minimum, why not approach the customer (myself) and issue an apology on behalf of the store for your associates bad attitude and negligence) instead of passively ignoring but admitting you knew about it and did nothing. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Neat displays and clean shop. Pleasant experience overall.

Went in to smell the new Luminous scent. Ended up not liking it as much as the Sweet Wiskey. So I loaded up on that instead. The wall flowers were also on sale. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Store was very clean and well stocked.
