Every part of my experience was incredible, but I have to give a special shoutout to Juliza—her massage was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. Truly next-level relaxation. Alex did my headspa and blowout, and WOW. The headspa was so calming and thorough, and the blowout afterward was just a very basic blowout—my hair felt amazing. I also had a facial with Jordyn, and it was equally fantastic. So professional, soothing, and left my skin glowing. The entire team is talented, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. Absolutely an amazing experience. Very professional staff; all were very kind and attentive. I got the head spa service and the foot soak; both were incredible and I felt so special during my services. I truly wanted to stay there all day long. I should also mention the abundance of heavy blankets EVERYWHERE! I am cold all the time and there’s just warm and comfort within each room, it was such a nice touch for me. I will definitely be back to try out more they have to offer!
