Sally Beauty

So I went into this particular Sally's beauty supply location on January 9th approximately 1:50 or so there were two employees didn't catch their names by I went in there to get help with coloring covering up gray and just basic questions on how to apply I was told to apply not at the roots first where we're obviously I have white gray hair which is that's where I had always thought I would start at least when I'm in salons but she actually told me no apply at the ends and then do the roots last which I did I realize now that I should have went with my intuition and did my roots first I'm not trying to make it seem awful too much but I too feel that maybe Sally's beauty supply could provide more professional training and not just basic because I basically did my hair and it looks the same

I wanted to write this review about my positive experience since I saw a lot of negative ones on here. I visited this location today around 11:30am and was immediately greeted upon entering, with a friendly inquiry about whether I needed assistance. When I asked for the location of the bleach, an associate named Kayla (I believe) not only directed me but also offered to help with any further questions. She was genuinely nice! Another associate later asked how I was doing. During checkout, I signed up for their rewards program since Kayla mentioned I could get $5 off for every $50 I spend. She also let me know about a sale happening next month. As I left, I was wished a nice day. Overall, everyone was friendly, the store was clean, and I found everything I needed :)"

As soon as we walked in the door, Shane greeted us with a hello. She was so polite and so knowledgeable on every question I had. She helped me gather all the toners all the developers all the bleaching kit to help me fix what I’ve done to my hair. She was fantastic.

Your poor manager, Makenzie, is working 50 hours so far thus week, and I'm sure that explains her particular type of customer service. I can't wait to come to this store again. I felt so welcome.

I use to come to this location FREQUENTLY. After today , I will not again. The girl with rainbow hair has the worst attitude. I watched her treat the couple paying in front of me like they were idiots. So I was already upset.. well once it was my turn my treatment was NO BETTER. I’ll be picking a different location. Doesn’t matter the distance.
