The staff are amazing. When I go into sally looking for a certain hair color and they don't have it they always get the closet that they can get. The products are amazing and I especially when your a first timer doing your hair even when bleaching it they always do an amazing job

The people who work here understand hair better than some stylists. Even when I've been worried about following their advice, it still pays off! Many many visits. Everyone knew their stuff!

My son and I came here looking for some hair color. The entire time we were there, not ONE of the associates asked if we needed help or if we found everything ok. Instead these 2 associates were talking out loud, being "Karens", making fun of people, showing how "annoyed" they were by sighing out loud for my son and I to hear, because my son and I were taking our time looking at the different colors. When we finally decided to check out, the cashier was in such a hurry and didn't even ask if we found everything we needed. When we walked out the door, I looked back and saw the cashier running to the back to be with her co-worker. First time going to this Sally's. Will never go back to this place nor do I recommend it.

Brought a pair of lemon clippers gave me the run around and I bought the extended coverage so give me a replacement. Been going to Sally’s forever never had any problem getting things resolved. Had to call Customer service outside of store to get a replacement pair. Won’t be going back to this location again

I was very upset with the fact that this store discontinued all the ethnic hair product's. What the hell, everybody doesn't live in cornhill where this New Hartford branch transferred all the black products. I won't ever shop at another Sallys and I will definitely let my friends know not to shop there!
