I meant the sweetest squirrel in the store.I'm at license hairdresser who has not practiced in years and walked in one of them.All the different changes and updates and new things could be confusing.She helped me with everything.I found a whole bunch of stuff.I really needed wonderful staff at this store who helped me . I would have gave it 5 stars.However, the color that I got is garbage and I have to return it.It's not even like a wash out n looks bad not color she showed

Store manager is oblivious to corporate return policy nor does the manager know how to interpret the return policy literally on the back of the store receipts. Electronic appliances and shears are returnable (used or not used) within a specific date range with a receipt for a full refund. Without a receipt store credit is applicable. I had to involve corporate to obtain my refund with my original receipt. You just lost a loyal customer.

There was a girl at the counter today with Green hair, face piercings. She on shift at 2-3pm today is Wednesday November 8. Couldn't even hear her, she only whispers and I'm hard of hearing. I have anxiety and that is not how you usually talk to customers. Anyways she also flipped her name tag around so no one knows her name and if she did greet me it was so quiet that I didn't hear it. Just disappointed with the customer service I received today, usually people are actually happy to help. Not her though

The times I visit this store I leave unsatisfied with the attention, I don't know who classifies so that the lady who seems to be the boss attends with pleasure, today I visited this store, the lady was sneaking a sign at the entrance of the door to the square, just I was coming behind a Native American client who was going to enter, and the boss held the door for her to enter, although I was just a step away from the previous native client she was not polite to me and literally closed the door in my face, nor did she respond to my greeting when entering. Me sentí discriminada por mi origen latino, y no hablar e inglés correctamente. Gracias sally Live Oak, los exhorto a ser más inclusivos y empatícos.

I go into the store looking for clipin clips because online it says they have them in store. I go to the store I ask the 2 girls working if they have them they suggest I try another hair store. It’s crazy how this SALLYS NEVER HAS ANYTHING. They are always SOLD OUT OR OUT OF INVENTORY. WHO ever does the ordering needs to be fired. They tell me I should drive 73 miles to Jacksonville or the neighboring town Lake City. They literally followed me around the store like to lost bull dogs needing something. If I have to be followed EVERYTIME I enter into Sally’s here in live oak I will never be back it’s never anything in there. Never.
