I purchased a hair dryer. They carry hair dryers with the round brush styling feature. This particular model lasts around 5 years. The clerk was friendly and entered me in their rewards program which awards a $5.00 coupon to new customers!

Went in today around 3pm, a very sweet alternative girl helped me find the best hair dye to cover up a patchy job I did previously. Very professional and fast, was out in under 5 minutes! Very happy with my visit 🥰🖤

WATCH YOUR SALES RECEIPT! They are definitely deceptive when they say they have a sale!! They had a sign that said "BUY 2, GET ONE FREE." So my daughter and I each bought the 2 and each got a third, which was to be free. Instead they charged us for ALL of them! We didn't notice until we got home. Called the store. Was told to bring our receipt back and they would make it right. But NO! When we when back, they said that wasn't the product that that was on sale, even tho the sale tag was right under this product!!! Called the Corporate Office...was first told yes, this was the sale being offered, then in her next breath said it wasn't! SALLY BEAUTY are DECEPTIVE THIEVES! Don't shop there!!

I go there sometimes. I wouldn’t say I am hooked on Sally’s. Everything is pretty much the same. They DID carry the mist that is leave in OMg it is gold in my world ! I went in 4 months ago, it’s gone off the shelf. Mind you same group of ladies work there. I showed them on empty bottles why at type spray bottle it is & color and price and where it sat in the shelf and even where it set before they did a shelf their upgrade. I have checked back a good 6-7 times and not a single person even recalls the product. I had tossed my old bottles so I couldn’t contact manufacture myself and order it elsewhere. I went into the store yesterday. I was greeted by the nicest young lady. She went out of her way to help me find the product I was looking for. This young is a wonderful asset to this store.
