i’ve been shopping at sallys for decades! as a consultant for others i continually recommend specific products that sallys stock that really do the job DIY for way less than any salons. so when i tell you how much i absolutely love the service and dynamic staff of this particular location, you know that its a fantastic go-to place for all your beauty wants and needs. natalie, the manager of this store is far beyond any manager of any sallys anywhere!! she is focused on every customer who comes through the door and treats everyone like a king or queen!! i absolutely love her as a knowledgeable professional and she is one of the brightest, kindest, most interesting and vibrant people i have ever known. i feel sorry for anyone who goes to any other store but this one. it’s totally phenomenal

After dating a hairstylist for years, I walked in to this location, trying to replace my dwindling supply of stuff I'd never purchased on my own and instantly realized I had no idea what I actually needed. I retained zero product terminology. Fortunately Valkyrie (sp?) noticed the lost look in my eyes and kindly guided me to all the things I needed. With out making me feel as out of place as I felt 🥹. Thank you Valkyrie!

I NEVER write bad reviews but here I am. I came in yesterday to get a toner to refresh my hair cause I have a lot of important events this week. One of the associates walked over and directed me into bleaching a section of my hair is it was way darker. I don’t do my hair by myself often so I figured she knew what she was talking about. Guess I should have double checked because now my hair is PINK HOT PINK. She didn’t pick me out bleach it was pink powered. I don’t know if the employee just didn’t know what she was talking about or really wanted me to do the sale they were running but either way my hair is pink when I asked for blonde. I did ask when she handed me the “bleach powder” why it has red hair on it but she explained it would help because I had red already in my hair. Not sure ho

People seemed to have a hard time here, but I usually have good experiences. The women in front were helpful, and though their computer was messing up they were able to handle it so I got my BOGO deals and even helped me get a product cheaper because it was on sale. It wasn't stellar, but it was pleasant and the messup in my order was caused by their computer, not the staff.

The girl with purplish hair is very helpful and kind. She made sure my girlfriend got everything she needed and even though people aren’t the best she has a positive attitude. Someone give her a raise.
