I had boughten some hair extensions to try. Before I bought them I had asked the associate and they told me returns were good for 60 days. I was surprised since they were extension but bought them since I was told I could return them. I went back 2 weeks later to return, they were opened but unused and was told sales were final. Upset and disappointed I’m now out $200. I understand store policy but then why did the worker inform me of something this big that was incorrect?

Joanna is literally the best. I always go in there so indecisive and she always helps me find exactly what I want no matter how picky I’m being. The product she suggests is always perfect for what I need done too ! She’s just great and deserves all the good reviews in the world.

Joanna at the Sally’s in Geneva Square in Lake Geneva was incredibly helpful! It was the first time my hair was going to be colored with other than a box mix. I have hair to my waist and she was extremely patient and very helpful. When my daughter was going to apply the color I had so many questions and concerns that I was able to call her four times and she still remained so patient and encouraging. She picked the perfect color and her instructions were so precise that my beautiful long hair is now a beautiful red that I have been trying to achieve for the past few months. Thank you so very much Joanna. I will remain a faithful loyal customer!

The lady who closed the store on 09.16.2023 was so helpful! me and my friend came in twenty minutes before the end of the day and had so many questions. Not only did she answer them and make recommendations, but she Also went so far as to look up reviews for brands/colors she didn't know about. Super appreciate it!

Awesome service!!!! Every time! Always have the hair color I want. Very clean. Store layout makes sense. All of the employees are very friendly and very helpful! They are also very knowledgeable for those who need help. Best Sally Beauty store I have been to. (And there have been many!) Highly recommend.
