Had a fantastic experience with a couple’s massage! Robin and Caroline were excellent. Professional, attentive, and made sure we both left feeling completely relaxed. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Lake Geneva for our anniversary and I booked us a couples massage at Loosen Up. It was the first massage for my man and it was the best!!! Our massage therapists were outstanding!!! My husband and I had a couples massage here yesterday, celebrating his birthday weekend. We get them regularly so I know what to expect. I don’t think my therapist was licensed or had any formal training. He didn’t use any standard massage techniques and I thought he was confused by the erratic rubbing. When on my back, my front legs , shins or feet were not massaged. The last 30 minutes of the massage was him holding my head, twisting it from side to side and pushing on my shoulders. My husband enjoyed his session which is the reason for 2 stars but mine was the worst 90 minute massage ever. Very disappointed.

We came to Lake Geneva for my friend’s birthday get away. We (4 of us) decided to have massages as a treat. We tried out Loosen up for their great reviews. It was a perfect choice. Place was super clean, smelling great, and relaxing. The person in charge is a great communicator, he returns calls and text messages promptly which is very impressive. Everyone was wonderful and very welcoming. By far the best massage we have ever had. Definitely recommend this place and we will for sure be back.

My girlfriend and I visited Loosen Up Ltd for couples massage on our weekend getaway. Considering that neither of us have ever received a professional massage, we were both excited and interested to see how it would turn out. Terrance and Heather are FANTASTIC! They made the whole experience very enjoyable and relaxing. The atmosphere was perfect for a massage! Between the music, scents and peaceful ambiance, everything was just perfect! The massage itself was heavenly! WOW....We will definitely be back soon!
