Rob is a master of the body! I just found him and hope i never lose him. I've had two massages so far and a neck issue I had from a fall almost two years ago was nearly rectified. From an occurrence nearly once a month turned into one twice or three times a year. He can feel problem areas and works it out. Highly recommend him. He's got a great resume working with the ballet.

If you’re looking for a spa massage, this is not the place. Rob was very specific in his Massage work. If you need a certain area worked on he will give it the attention I will be back.

Rob is a true muscle magician. I went in with all kinds of issues including my right arm and left shoulder as well as my neck and he made MASSIVE headway in getting me to feel better. The range of motion in my neck is much improved and because my arm is related to chronic repetitive motion from work, I will see Rob again and again for relief and pain. He is a different breed than a regular therapist who just does relaxation at a spa. He gets RESULTS!

It's all in the name - "Active Body Wellness" with massage therapist Rob has the ability to keep your body performing optimally. Wanting to keep my mid-50's body moving at it's best, I switched massage therapists and wish I had done it YEARS ago! Rob was able to deal with my sciatica and Morton's Neuroma issues so that after just 2 sessions I was able to begin jogging again. I am now back up to 3 miles a day. I am so happy to be running again! I agree with the other reviewer - "no pain, no gain", but the therapy Rob provides is exactly what my body needed. It's like attending a stretch class without doing the work. If you want a relaxing fall asleep on the table type massage, Rob may not be the therapist for you. I was referred to Rob by my chiropractor after I began having trouble sleeping on my side. I was having trouble moving my arm without a lot of pain. I was also having another issue with my tailbone area. In less than 10 visits, Rob had my shoulder as good as new and my tailbone feeling much better. I am able to sleep on my side again, and I am not limping around anymore. He only accepts Cash, which tends to be an issue for me, but he was always very good about my forgetfulness, and we were always able to square away my bill with no issues. He has quite the eccentric personality, which I loved because I am quite the same. We had enjoyable conversations, he did great work, and was very understanding of my body's needs. All in all, I would highly recommend!
