Went this morning with my mom, and the sales clerk was extremely helpful and so friendly! I did get his name, but unfortunately I can’t remember. Thanks for helping us out! I’ll be returning to this location in the future.

I’m glad Sally is in KOP, I so desperately needed some nail supplies during my shopping trip. It’s appears to be a bit small but it’s probably the same as all the other locations. Supplies were low in the nail section and I had to find a substitution. Prices are standard as in most chains. Staff was okay. She was polite and asked the usual questions if we found everything we needed. She just didn’t look happy. Service was good. Cleanliness was good. Overall it’s good and serves its purpose.

Jess the manager was super sweet and helpful! my bopis order was unfortunately not in stock but she called the nearest store for me and they had it ! I was able to get my products quickly and easily thanks to her !

I went in about two months ago because I wanted to dye my curly hair a burgundy red with minimal damage and Jess helped me out so much ! Directed me to all the right products my hair came out beautiful looks professionally done and she even said if anything happens just to call the store and they will help me she also wrote down all the measurements for me so great
