I’m still trying to figure out how to leave an official review through my receipt, but I really wanted to make sure Emmanuel gets the recognition deserved. The customer service was amazing — super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I had actually planned to go to a different Sally’s and didn’t even know this location was here. I stopped by by chance, and it ended up being such a lovely experience. It wasn’t busy, so I was greeted not long after walking in, and from there, Emmanuel made sure I was in the right section and helped me through every question I had, even the ones that didn’t make much sense, haha! I’ve been having a really shitty week and I found out that my boyfriend was cheating on me so I needed a change and Jada Was an amazing help. She helped me pick a color that matched my skin tone and would look good with my hair. She was really nice and she made me feel better and it was just an overall pleasant experience plus the color came out really cute.

Employees do not answer phone calls. Called countless times on Monday and Tuesday (probably a dozen times collectively), and Sally’s online customer service called multiple times on my behalf both days as well. Even asked the receptionist at the spa next door to pop by to see if the store had shut down for some reason, and was told it was open but no one was visible in the store at that moment. We all thought there was just something wrong with the phones at this location. When I arrived Tuesday evening an employee comes out from the back and tells me the phone hadn’t rang at all in a couple days so yes, something might be wrong with the phones. Called again on the spot and the phone rang immediately - loudly and clear as day. Not answering was obviously a choice. To boot, I wanted to do
