Went in for a routine dental cleaning and the dental hygienist was very rough, my all my front teeth have been sensitive for a month now, after the cleaning. They run behind every visit, and the dentist messed up my filling to the point where I had to get 2 root canals done. I will be finding a new dentist with staff that is experienced.

The professionalism and efficiency of the entire staff impressed me. Staff followed up to ensure I completed my intake materials and reminded me to update my new insurance info. They even called to warn me they were running behind the day of my appointment and told me to come later, rather than me showing up at the original time and wasting half an hour in the waiting room. Amy and Dr. Wang completed my initial intake appointment in just under one hour: X-rays, cleaning, and discussion of my oral health.

The entire staff is friendly, and I appreciate the fact that I am greeted with a smile by all the staff and the dentists at Kensington. All around great experience! Thank you for your care.😊
